欧美日b大片 is seeking a firm to support Eswatini's Ministry of Education and Training in developing and piloting a remedial education approach for primary school students struggling with foundational literacy and numeracy skills. Despite implementing Free Primary Education in 2010; only 58.6% of children aged 7-14 achieve adequate reading skills; with persistent regional quality disparities. The 9-month project; starting August 2025 and funded through the Accelerator 2.0 grant; will adapt the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) methodology to the Eswatini context.The assignment involves four key phases: diagnostic and design (including stakeholder consultations and remediation model development); pilot implementation in 50 schools with teacher training and technical support; monitoring and evaluation with baseline and endline assessments; and policy engagement to develop a national scale-up strategy.
