The Read@Home Intervention evaluation in Eswatini seeks a firm tasked with assessing the program's implementation and impact. Funded by the Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Trust Fund; the initiative aims to improve early literacy and numeracy skills among children aged 0-5 years; especially from low-income households; by providing reading materials and resources for caregivers.Key Objectives:*Process Monitoring: Document the implementation process; assess fidelity; and identify challenges and successes.*Impact Evaluation: Develop an evaluation plan; conduct assessments; and analyze data to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.Scope of Work:*Review project documents and propose an evaluation plan.*Conduct stakeholder consultations and design monitoring tools.*Perform interviews; focus groups; and observations.*Analyze data related to intervention delivery.Deliverables:*Inception Report: Background note and work plan.*Evaluation Design Document: Mapping activities and indicators.*Interim and Final Reports: Analysis and recommendations.*Summary Briefs: Briefs and presentation for workshop delivery.Qualifications:The firm should have experience in impact evaluations; particularly in education or community development; with a team including a Program Manager and Data Analysts/Field Researchers.Timeline and Payment:The assignment runs from 15 July 2025 to 15 December 2025; with payment structured in five disbursements based on deliverables.
