Objectives:*Labor Force Mapping: Establish an indicative baseline on women¡¯s participation in formal and informal segments of the cooling sector.*Barrier Identification: Analyze structural; social; and institutional barriers preventing women¡¯s entry and retention.*Training Pipeline Analysis: Assess gender-readiness of TVET institutions; curriculum; and placement systems.*Regional Learning: Compare experiences across India; Sri Lanka; and Bangladesh to identify common themes and unique policy innovations. *Best Practice Documentation: Draw from global examples in HVAC; renewables; and clean energy sectors; marketing and sales in the cooling sector and high value agriculture value chains.*Policy and Institutional Recommendations: Provide actionable reforms for government; industry; and training providers.*Tools for Operationalization: Develop a Toolkit and Scorecards to support adoption of findings into programs and national strategies.
