This Terms of Reference (¡°ToR¡±) outlines the framework for enhancing cybersecurity across the Pacific Islands under the Pacific Cybersecurity Program. (¡°Program.¡±) The Program aims to address the unique cybersecurity needs of each participating country; ensuring a tailored approach that considers local contexts and specific requirements.
